Cantina Santa Maria La Palma Wine Dinner

Join us for a one-night only exclusive collaboration featuring Cantina Santa Maria La Palma, a historic cooperative winery from Alghero, Sardinia — founded in 1959 by local farming families and now one of the island's most celebrated producers.

Antonio Scanu, the current winemaker, will join us as we explore the wines of Sardinia's stunning northwestern coast. Enjoy a chef-curated prix-fixe menu paired with a selection of the winery's most iconic labels in an intimate setting with the winemaker.

Third Course:

- Lobster Pappardelle paired with 2023 Vermentino di Sardegna 'Akènta Cuvée 71'

- Oxtail Raviolo Taleggio paired with 2023 Cannonau di Sardegna 'Le Bombarde'
