Welcome spring at Mano a Mano with a hands-on pasta class led by Chef Doug Psaltis and Chef Davide D'Andrea. We'll explore fresh, seasonal flavors and simple handmade techniques you can bring right into your own kitchen. This class will focus on our Lamb Sugo Gnocchetti.

Every guest heads home with their pasta, a jar of our signature sauce, a Mano a Mano apron, and recipes to recreate it all. We'd love for you to stay and join us for brunch after.
