Join us for a one-night only exclusive collaboration featuring Tornatore, a small family-run boutique winery situated on the volcanic slopes of Sicily's Mt. Etna.
We will be joined by Angelo di Grazia, the current winemaker who is intent on preserving his family's legacy by showcasing native, indigenous grapes in a manner that focuses on the unique terroir. Enjoy a chef curated prix-fixe menu along with the winemaker in an intimate setting.
The Pairings:
- 2023 Etna Bianco with Crostini with mozzarella, anchovy & Battuta
- 2021 Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco with Scallop with mushrooms, parsley, garlic
- 2022 Etna Rosso with Veal ragù Bianco with pappardelle
- 2019 Pietrarizzo Etna Rosso with Oxtail in tomato gravy with creamy polenta
Each wine will be served in a 3 oz pour.
