Antipasti — Prosciutto di Parma, house salumi, Pecorino Fresca with bread and butter service

Chef's Seafood Crudo Selection — Fagri & Bluefin Tuna

Middle Course — Hearts of Romaine with red crab, caviar & crème fraîche dressing

Pasta Course — Potato and Fontina Ravioli with black truffle, Kilgus crème & Fontina Val d'Aosta, finished with tableside black truffle service

Secondi Course — Barolo Braised Shortrib with parmesan risotto & oyster mushrooms

Dessert — Cherry Sundae for Two with fior di latte gelato, chocolate shell, candied walnuts & Valentine's sprinkles
