Mano a Mano is a neighborhood Italian trattoria in Logan Square, Chicago, from Chef Doug Psaltis and Eat Well Hospitality. We offer a full calendar of culinary events, weekly specials, and seasonal dining experiences. Daily Specials at Mano a Mano: Seven nights, seven reasons to visit. Monday is Chicken Parmesan, Tuesday is $5 Pizza and Negronis, Wednesday is $1 Spaghetti with Vino, Thursday is Lasagna Bolognese, Friday is Fish Fish Fish, Saturday is Roasted Porchetta, and Sunday is Spaghetti Sundays. See our Del Giorno Menu for details. Spaghetti Sundays: $45 per person. Enjoy antipasti, a salad, your choice of spaghetti (Pomodoro, Alla Limone, Aglio e Olio, or Sunday Gravy) and gelato. Also available for takeout and delivery. Easter Take Home Roasts: Bring the flavors of Italy home for the holidays. Mano a Mano is offering a limited weekly preorder of our signature Roasted Porchetta, a holiday-worthy roast rolled with fresh herbs, slow-roasted until golden, and finished with perfectly crispy skin. Each take-home feast comes with creamy corn polenta and grilled spicy broccolini. Heating instructions included. Serves 4-6. Last day to order is April 2nd. Pick up April 5th. Easter Brunch: Sunday April 5th, 10am to 2pm. Chef-curated spring brunch menu featuring antipasti for the table, choice of entree including Egg Sando, Cacio e Pepe Omelette, or Carbonara, and Pancake with Strawberry Syrup for dessert. Easter Dinner: Sunday April 5th, 4pm to 9:30pm. Five-course chef-curated spring menu featuring Salumi, Spring Vegetable Crudi, Scampi, Spring Vegetable Chopped Salad, choice of Risotto Primavera, Stuffed Sweet Pea Agnolotti, Porchetta, or Fish, and Apricot Crostata for dessert. Tornatore Wine Dinner: Thursday March 26th, 5pm to 9pm. $78 per person. A one-night exclusive collaboration featuring Tornatore, a family-run boutique winery from the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna in Sicily. Winemaker Angelo di Grazia joins us for a chef-curated prix-fixe menu with wine pairings including Etna Bianco, Pietrarizzo Etna Bianco, Etna Rosso, and Pietrarizzo Etna Rosso. Sold Out Pasta Class with Chef Doug Psaltis and Chef Davide D'Andrea: Saturday March 21st, 10am to 12pm. $150 per person. A hands-on pasta class exploring fresh seasonal flavors and handmade techniques. This class focuses on Lamb Sugo Gnocchetti. Every guest takes home their pasta, a jar of signature sauce, a Mano a Mano apron, and recipes. Brunch available after the class. Mano a Mano is the sister restaurant of MICHELIN-listed Andros Taverna, located next door at 2534 N Milwaukee Ave in Logan Square, Chicago. Aperitivo Hour Monday through Friday 4-6:30pm with $10 cocktails. Weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday 10am to 3:30pm. House-made pasta, regional Italian cooking, and a curated Italian wine list.
